Three operating modes

The bottom is intended for placement of moulds with cheese in a cheese vat to brine at high temperature
Pre pressing device
Designed to pre press a raw grain.

This device is designed to shift cheese grains when draining whey. It allows you to move the cheese mass from the drain channel of the cheese factory, avoiding the loss of grain.
